Behaviour Based Safety Training offers a way to reduce the incidence of unsafe acts by modifying people’s behavioural safety and improving their attitudes towards safety behaviour.

About the course

Statistics show that unsafe acts are the most common cause of workplace accidents. Despite the introduction of a behaviour based safety program and safe work practices and procedures, controlling unsafe acts has proven to be difficult. The reason for this is that unsafe acts involve the Human Factor, that is, they occur as a result of people’s attitudes and behaviours.

Behaviour based safety training is designed to provide an understanding of Behavioral Safety and to show how a Behavioral Safety program works.
